Mind-Body Psychiatric Services is currently in the credentialing process with the following insurance companies:

Independence Blue Cross
Medicare
Aetna

Credentialing is expected to be complete by May 2026. Once credentialing is finalized, we will be able to bill these insurances directly for your services. Early clients who choose to begin as self-pay will transition to insurance billing once credentialing is complete.

Have a different insurance? Contact us at info@mbppa.com or (215) 436-8108 to discuss your options. We may be able to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. We are also taking feedback from potential patients on which insurance contracts to pursue next.

Self-Pay Options

For those paying out-of-pocket or while credentialing is in progress, we can provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Our self-pay rates are listed below.

Please note that we are legally prevented from accepting cash payments from Medicare members during the credentialing window.

75 Minute Assessment - $250

We offer a comprehensive psychiatric assessment with Olena for every new patient. Over an extended 75 minute session, you will craft a treatment plan that meets your goals.

55 Minute Intensive Therapy Session - $150

These sessions focus on therapy work with Olena and allow a deeper exploration of your goals.

45 Minute Combined Medication Management and Therapy Session - $175

If medication is part of your treatment plan, we offer 45 minute follow-up sessions to evaluate how your medications are working for you, make any adjustments to your prescriptions, and provide therapy with Olena.

30 Minute Med Management Session - $125

For clients who are receiving therapy elsewhere.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Federal law, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges for services. Contact us for more information.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
