Mind-Body Psychiatric Services currently accepts insurance from the following companies. We can accept these insurances today:
Optum / United Healthcare
Medicare (note: We accept traditional Medicare Fee for Service but are not yet credentialed for Medicare Advantage)
We are in the process of credentialing with the following additional companies:
Independence Blue Cross
Credentialing is expected to be complete by May 2026. Once credentialing is finalized, we will be able to bill these insurances directly for your services. Early clients who choose to begin as self-pay will transition to insurance billing once credentialing is complete.
Have a different insurance? Contact us to discuss your options. We may be able to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. We are also taking feedback from potential patients on which insurance contracts to pursue next.
For those paying out-of-pocket or while credentialing is in progress, we can provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Our self-pay rates are listed below.
Please note that we are legally prevented from accepting cash payments from Medicare members during the credentialing window.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee (follow ups) or a $150 cancellation fee (intakes).
